I'll be honest about where Common Realtor comes from. I'm a Christian, and my faith is the reason we run it the way we do — plainly and honestly, in a way that actually puts people first in an industry that usually doesn't. That's why agents keep all of their commission, why nobody can pay their way to the top of your results, and why I'd rather tell you the truth than sell you a better-sounding version of it. It's the same reason we give 1% of our profits to affordable housing and homelessness relief. We built this to work for everyone who uses it, and I intend to keep it that way.

How we make money
We're a SaaS company, not a lead vendor. We earn on optional software agents choose to buy and on settlement services consumers opt into — not on the agent's commission. "Free" isn't a gimmick; it's what integrity looks like in an industry that taxes the people it serves.
The 1% Pledge
We give 1% of our profits to help provide affordable housing and support people experiencing homelessness across the United States. We're a real estate company — it would be hollow to build a business on housing and turn away from the people locked out of it. So we give back to the exact problem our industry sits closest to.
