Build the fairest agent network in real estate.

Most of this industry sells attention to whoever pays most. We rank agents on what they have actually closed. That is a harder product to build, and a better one to work on.

Why this exists

The ranking is the product.

Every portal in this industry has the same listings. What differs is who they point you at, and almost everywhere that is decided by advertising spend. We decided it on transaction record instead — which means the hard problems here are real ones: what counts as a comparable closing, how to rank fairly in a thin market, how to keep a paid tier from quietly buying placement. If those sound interesting rather than tedious, you will like it here.

How we work

Small team.
Short distance to production.

There is no layer between you and the thing being built. That is the appeal and also the catch, so it is worth being straight about both.

Ownership

You own the thing, not a ticket

Whoever builds a feature decides how it works, talks to the people using it, and fixes it when it breaks. Nobody hands you a spec and walks away.

Pace

Days, not quarters

Work ships to production continuously. The upside is seeing your work used within the week; the trade is that there is nowhere to hide a half-finished idea.

Contact

You will talk to agents

Everyone here speaks to the people on the other side of the product — agents, buyers, sellers. Building this well is not possible from a distance.

How hiring works

Three conversations, no unpaid project.

A call to work out whether this is mutually interesting, a working session on a real problem from our actual backlog, and a conversation with the people you would work alongside. We do not set week-long take-homes, and we tell you where you stand rather than going quiet. If we are not going ahead, you will hear that from us.

Questions, answered

What candidates ask us most.

Ask us something else
Is this remote?
Every open role is remote-friendly. We are not fully distributed by ideology — we just hire the right person and work out the logistics after.
Do you set take-home projects?
No week-long ones. There is a working session on a real problem from our backlog, done together, usually inside 90 minutes. You keep anything you make.
What stack do you use?
Node and Postgres on the server; plain HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript on the front end, with no build step. That last part is deliberate — ask about it in the call if it sounds mad to you.
I do not match the role exactly. Should I apply?
Yes, if you can say why in a couple of lines. Pick the nearest role and use the cover note. Several people here came in that way.
How long does it take to hear back?
Usually a few days. If it is longer than a week, chase us — that means something went wrong on our end, not yours.

Think you should be here?

Pick the closest role and tell us why. That is the whole process to start.
